Terms of Service

Last updated: August 24, 2026

By using PDFDistrict, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The service

PDFDistrict is a free, browser-based PDF toolkit. Tools include merging, splitting, compressing, rotating, deleting, extracting, reordering, previewing pages, and converting images to PDF. All processing happens locally in your browser — PDFDistrict has no backend server and does not require you to create an account.

2. No account, no stored files

Because there is no backend, we do not store, back up, or have any access to the files you process. You are solely responsible for keeping your own copies of your original and resulting files.

3. Acceptable use

  • You may not use PDFDistrict to process content that is illegal in your jurisdiction.
  • You may not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the service in a way that harms other users.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to edit any document you process with this tool.

4. No warranty

PDFDistrict is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Always verify the output file before relying on it.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDFDistrict and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including loss of data or files.

6. Advertising

This service is supported by advertising (Google AdSense). Ads are served by third parties and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Changes to the service or these terms

We may update these Terms of Service or modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to TODO: contact@pdfdistrict.com or via the Contact page.
